Information we receive

When you purchase a resource, Lesson Orchard receives order information such as your email address, the product purchased, Stripe checkout and payment identifiers, purchase time, and protected-download activity. Our hosting provider may also process routine technical information such as IP address, browser details, request timing, and security logs. Our analytics tools may receive page visits, referring sources, clicks, scrolling, performance data, and masked session-replay information.

Payment information

Stripe processes payment information. Card and wallet credentials go directly to Stripe and are not stored by Lesson Orchard. Stripe handles that information under its own privacy policy and security obligations.

How information is used

Service providers and disclosure

We use Stripe for payment processing; Cloudflare for hosting, security, database, and private file storage; PostHog for website analytics, session replay, performance, and error monitoring; and Meta Pixel for advertising measurement. Information is shared with these providers only as needed to operate, understand, and promote the storefront. We do not sell customer personal information. We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect customers, Lesson Orchard, or the service.

Cookies and retention

After a verified purchase, the site sets a secure, HTTP-only cookie that allows the purchasing browser to access the files. Analytics tools may use cookies or browser storage to distinguish visits and understand site use. PostHog masks all form inputs in session recordings, does not record network headers or bodies, and cannot read Stripe's secure payment fields. Purchase, analytics, and support records are retained according to operational, fraud-prevention, recordkeeping, and dispute-resolution needs and the applicable provider settings.

Your choices

To ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal information, email support@lessonorchard.com. Browser privacy controls and content blockers may also limit analytics and advertising technologies, and the site honors supported Do Not Track signals for PostHog analytics. Some records may need to be retained for legitimate legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes. This storefront is intended for adult purchasers and is not directed to children under 13.
